Queen Pixie to speak at Content Strategy Forum 2016

Yes, the lineup for this year’s Content Strategy Forum has been announced — and our Queen Pixie, Leticia Mooney, is one of the presenters.

Agile in a Content Strategy Context at Content Strategy Forum 2016

The topic Leticia is presenting is Agile in a Content Strategy Context. It draws on this article we published about our Scrum process. That article has been hugely popular! If you want to hear about it in detail, you need to be at this conference.

The presentation will bring to the table the reasoning, challenges, and wins that we’ve discovered since adapting scrum, and how it’s affected our relationships with our clientele. (Hint: Very positively!).

This presentation will be valuable for those who are embedded in other organisations, but it will be most effective for those of you who run your own businesses and companies. If you really need a handle on what’s going on with all of your clients, you need to come to this.
